01 What’s actually included in Managed IT?

Ongoing monitoring, help-desk support, user and device management, patching, network and infrastructure oversight, and backup and security hygiene. The essentials are covered in every agreement — plan size changes the scale, never the coverage.

02 Do you replace our current provider or work alongside them?

Usually we replace them, but we can co-manage where you have internal IT staff. We scope this during the assessment so there’s no ambiguity about who owns what.

03 Is support truly unlimited?

Day-to-day support and issue resolution are included in the monthly agreement. Larger projects — a migration, an office move, a network rebuild — are scoped separately so the monthly cost stays predictable.

04 How fast do you respond?

Our target first response is under 15 minutes for standard issues, faster for anything business-critical. Response targets are written into your agreement.
